Kako sprejeti in imeti rad svoje telo?

You don’t learn to love your body by using words, whether those words be in the context of therapy or gratitude lists or mantras.
 
You learn to love your body by BEING IN your body.

Ker še nisem naletela na članek, ki bi tako jedrnato in slikovito predstavil (tudi) moje misli, tokrat izjemoma objavljam članek v angleščini. Je kratek in zagotovo bi ga moral prebrati vsak, ki ni zadovoljen s svojim telesom!

freeKako torej sprejeti svoje telo? Edino tako, da vzpostavite stik s svojim telesom. V nasprotnem primeru bo to še en (miselni) projekt, obsojen na neuspeh. Ena izmed čudovitih tehnik za to je TRE.
